Services That May Be Covered by Insurance

The following services are typically eligible for insurance coverage (depending on your specific plan):

Services Not Covered by Insurance

All forms of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) offered at Low-T Michigan are not covered by insurance.

This includes:

• Testosterone Microdosing

• Testosterone Pellet Therapy

• Topical Testosterone

• Enclomiphene Therapy

These therapies are not covered because we utilize compounded testosterone medications, which are customized for precision dosing and individualized treatment optimization. Most insurance plans do not cover compounded hormone therapies.

Monthly Treatment Program

Our testosterone and enclomiphene therapy services are provided through a set monthly fee. This fee structure allows us to deliver:
